24-Hour Supervised Transitional Housing:
- Assistance with activities of daily living

- AODA and HIV/AIDS education/counseling
- Physical and mental health assessment and support
- Permanent housing placement
- Transportation to clinics and primary Health Care providers
24-Hour Supervised Permanent Housing:
- Assistance with activities of daily living
- Provision of meals
- Recreational activities
- Physical and mental health assessment and support
- Permanent housing placement
- Transportation to clinics and primary Health Care providers
- Home hospice contracted with outside agency
- Continuous medical and mental health assessment
- Spirituality conseling/support if desired
Case Management:
Richard's Place case management program coordinates local resources and supportive services advocating for people living with HIV throughout Waukesha County. Case management is also provided to those in our residential care.
- Arrange transportation to clinics and primary Health Care providers
- Continuous medical and mental health assessment
- Assist with Federal, State, private, and local benefits
- Rent and utility assistance
